Siemens is pleased to announce its partnership with four new authorised distributors in New South Wales for its range of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products – Bruce Electrical in Seven Hills, Controlstore in Thornleigh, HVAC & R Supplies in Frenchs Forest and Controls Direct in Caringbah.
“From November, our new distribution partners will assist us in increasing the level of service to our HVAC customers in New South Wales,” Mr Shane Cusick, Siemens Building Technologies Channel Program Manager said.
“With more active sales staff in the market, including dedicated representation within each region, we will be able to better support our customers with faster quotation turnaround times, easier access to products, faster delivery times and reduced downtime on site with more technical support readily available.”
Siemens local building technology technical and sales support representatives will continue to assist customers and the new distribution partners in New South Wales, however will no longer stock HVAC products in the Siemens North Ryde warehouse.
“We are most excited about this change in our organisation and are confident that customers will receive the highest level of service through our New South Wales team and the new authorised distribution partners,” Mr Cusick said.
