For many, the festive season is a time for rest and relaxation, but within the Siemens BT Products team there has been a flurry of activity.
In December 2008, Siemens BT Products Victorian branch moved from Hawthorn East to the Head Office in Bayswater. Situated approximately seven minutes from Eastlink, this location allows easy access for customers operating in Melbourne’s central and eastern regions.
“With the national warehouse situated within the complex, this location allows for improved stock availability, and provides better facilities for product demonstrations and training - the team is enthusiastic to translate this move into increased customer satisfaction,” said Mr. Martin Hablutzel, Siemens Executive Marketing Manager for Building Technologies.
As a further investment, Mr. Peter Ball has been appointed to the position of Offering Manager, Products. This new role within the BT Products team allows Peter to work closely with the sales team and their customers in developing appropriate marketing strategies to align new and existing product offerings to the needs of the HVAC market.
Previously the Southern Region Sales Manager, Peter’s eight years of sales experience across multiple market channels has given him a broad understanding of HVAC applications and customer requirements.
In addition, Ms. Roseann Sheridan has joined the BT Products sales team in Victoria in an Account Management role. Roseann brings extensive knowledge gained from some 20 years experience within the HVAC residential market.
The Siemens BT Products team is confident that the improvements made over the past couple of months will assist in responding better to customers’ needs into 2009 and beyond.
